The location of the property is excellent, with a bus stop just a few minutes' walk away, making it convenient to explore St Ives. there is a big Tesco nearby for any grocery needs. the double bed in the bedroom upstairs is very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploration. the shower is also mentioned as amazing, providing a refreshing experience.
The sofa bed in the property is on the harder side and could have been of better quality.

I recently stayed at Godrevy View in St Ives for a short break. The location was perfect, just a 15-minute walk to Carbis Bay and a 30-minute walk to St Ives. The hotel is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, ensuring a great night's sleep. The owners, Vicky and Robin, were fantastic and even allowed us to check in 2 hours early. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the hot shower was a treat. The hotel provided plenty of fresh, clean towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a bottle of cold water in the fridge. Additionally, there is a big Tesco just 10 minutes away from the property, making it convenient for any necessary supplies.
I can recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Carbis Bay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the sofa downstairs was equally cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed and there were even some extra supplies provided. The bathroom was clean and modern, and there was plenty of storage space upstairs. The location was perfect, with a Tesco just a 5-minute walk away and Carbis Bay and St Ives within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a great night's sleep. The availability of parking in front of the house was a huge bonus, as finding parking in Carbis Bay can be challenging. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and convenient stay near the beach.
The sofa bed was a bit hard, but the owners were kind enough to offer a mattress topper when we requested it. The kitchen area was a little small, but it had all the necessary amenities.
